• 2 Minutes: Includes an intro, verse, chorus, 2nd verse, and another chorus.

• 3 Minutes: Includes an intro, verse, chorus, 2nd verse, chorus, bridge, and chorus.

We guarantee to deliver your track within 3 - 5 business days

Once you submit your order, we work on your track immediately.

We will do our best to include your changes, however, this is not guaranteed. Please email us at contact@regie-espiritu.com.

We will also not offer a refund or revision due to changes not included after an order was submitted.

Each track is custom-made to order and cannot be reused by another customer. In general, we offer a 50% refund based on the price of the order. We cannot offer a full refund since our artists have put in their time to create your track.

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, minus a 30% service and processing fee.

Music is highly subjective, and there are instances where you may not be satisfied. Here are things that we promise to deliver:

• Good quality recording

• Track meets the ordered length

If we do not deliver the above, let us know within 7 days of the track's delivery, we will fix the issue at no charge.

If the revision involves changes that are based on the music track’s length, taste, or preference; we will charge a fee for the changes, depending on the extent, to compensate our artists for their time. Revisions are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we elect not to do the revision, we will issue a 50% refund based on the price of the order.

We offer the following licensing options:

1. Personal

   • Frequently used for social media and similar projects as long as you do not make money or revenue from the track.

2. Commercial

   • Frequently used by small businesses, filmmakers, etc. Some examples are using the track for an advertisement, student film or trailer, independent film.
